Wonderful Christmas Concerts

Bishop Jodoin recently attended Christmas concerts in the Christian communities of Holy Family, Sacred Heart Cathedral, and Beresford. Congratulations to all the participants and the organizers of these events.
Opening of the Bas-Caraquet Church

Bishop Daniel Jodoin will preside over the consecration for the newly constructed church for the Christian Community of Saint-Paul de Bas-Caraquet next Sunday, December 20, at 2 p.m attended by members of the management council and the many workers whose talents have helped build this church.
Father Régent Landry will celebrate a first parish mass  later the same day at 6 p.m. (Of course, please register for this mass as usual following COVID guidelines.) In between the two celebrations, visits may take place as well as in the coming weeks.
Myriam Family Christmas Trail

A great breath of hope has visited the hearts of over 550 people who over the past weekend experienced the Myriam Family Christmas Trail! Everyone from the youngest to the oldest was amazed by this family experience. Many were surprised only expecting a lighted path and discovering the extraordinary Christmas story recorded by people of all ages and real animals! The whole Christmas Path converged towards the Nativity scene where the Holy Family, supported by a beautiful choir, welcomed each family and offered them a message of love. What graces were received at the foot of the Child Jesus! We cannot forget the wonderful team who then welcomed them inside with tasty pastries.
What a beautiful mission it is to give birth to Jesus in the hearts of families. We were touched to see that this project was inspired despite the pandemic to remind our world that God is there during our trials and that He will be with us until the end! So many testimonials were received and we are delighted! All involved were transformed by this project! Christmas is truly the most beautiful love story, the love of a Father God for his children ... giving them his best gift, Jesus! Merry Christmas to all families and peace in this New Year!
