Our service aims at the administration of temporal goods and the financial management of the diocese. This includes:- payroll management of diocesan staff and priests;
- accounts receivable and payable;
- health insurance accounts;
- the retirement savings plan of lay diocesan employees and priests.
The administration supports parish administrative assistants with the various computer programs, collects the annual financial reports of the parishes and ensures the necessary follow-ups. The administration organizes training twice a year for parish assistants. Works closely with priests and parish staff. -
Pre-Authorized Donation Program
In July 2020, the Pre-Authorized Donations Program was established. Since then, the program is available for all our parishes.
By this non-traditional means of contribution, you can offer financial support to your parish.
Registering is easy !
- Download and complete the Personal Pre-Authorized Donations (PAD) Form.
- Include a "VOID" cheque with your form.
- Return everything to your parish office or mail it to Diocese of Bathurst - P.O. Box 460, Bathurst, NB E2A 3Z4.
