Since Palm Sunday, Bishop Jodoin has been conducting his pastoral visit to the Christian communities of the diocese by celebrating the Sunday liturgy with them.
He has already visited the following communities: Cathedral, Allardville, Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Robertville, Petit-Rocher, Beresford, Pointe-Verte, Holy Family, Saint-Sauveur, Saint-Simon, Lavillette, Maisonnette and Lamèque. The week of April 11 to 17, he celebrated with the parishioners of Val D’Amours and Charlo.

On Saturday, April 24th 2021, Msgr Jodoin celebrated Mass with the parishionners of the Christian community of Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice in Notre-Dame-des-Érables.
On Sunday, April 25th 2021, Msgr Jodoin assisted Father Ramsès Same with the First Communion celebration of the your from the Saint-Frère-André parish at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bathurst. Twenty-nine youth received their first Eucharist.

Here are a few pictures of the April 24th celebration at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bathurst. Mrgr Jodoin presided the Mass, assisted by Father Étienne Ramsès Same, RCJ, for the First Communion of a catechesis group from the Chaleur Region.
Our Bishop’s 8th Episcopal Anniversary was also commemorated.

To commemorate the 58th World Day of Vocations, Pope Francis wrote a letter entitled “Saint Joseph : The Dream of Vocation” which his Holiness presented last March 19th on the Feast of Saint Joseph.

During the Easter Vigil Mass at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bathurst on April 3 at 8pm, Mgr Jodoin presided over the Sacraments of Christian Initiation for a young catechumen.

Arnoul Nya, a young adult from Cameroun who is in Canada for his studies, received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.

This year's Chrism Mass, presided by Mgr Jodoin at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bathurst yesterday, Tuesday, March 30th at 7pm, was broadcasted live on the Diocese of Bathurst Facebook page (@DiocesedeBathurst).
