The Diocese of Bathurst is a French Catholic Diocese in Northeastern New Brunswick serving 12 parishes comprised of 53 Christian communities, of which 8 are english-speaking.

The Saint-Pierre Parish presents "Sur la route de la création avec Dieu" an exposition of photography on large format canvas from the artish/photographer Sito Bito, Serge Robichaud.
 
The exposition will run until August 1st, 2018 from 10am to 4 pm in the basement of the Notre-Dame-des-Flots Church in Lamèque. Free admission !

  • Father Serge Comeau is appointed pastor of the parish of Saint-André which includes the Christian communities of Saint-Michael of Inkerman, Marie Mediatrices of Le Goulet, Immaculate-Conception of Pokemouche and Saint-Jérôme of Shippagan.

At 3 :00 PM on April 8th, Saint-Francis of Assisi parish will be celebrating the Feast of Divine Mercy at Saint George church, 4321 Route 11, Covedell, NB with a Holy Hour that will consist of the Liturgy of the Word, a homily, silent Adoration, the chaplet of Mercy and the praises to the Divine Mercy.  Private confessions will be available a half hour prior to the ceremony. 

Come celebrate God’s Mercy with us. 

A fricot, (chicken stew), will be served at the parish hall following the celebration.
