Birthdays in the month of August :
During the construction of the new church in Bas-Caraquet, workers found a time capsule inside a corner stone wich dated from September 25, 1904.
This heritage treasure was discovered when workers were getting ready to cut one of the old church's corner stones to install it on the inside porch wall of hte new church. The time capsule contained plans of the old church and a book.

On Saturday, August 1st, 2020 at 11 am in the Saint-Augustin church in Paquetville will be held the funerals for Mr. Louis Doiron and Mr. Arthur Doiron, brothers to Father Yvon Doiron.
The Sacred Heart Thrift Shop will have a "Yard Sale" from August 8th to the 11th from 8 am to 4 pm. The sale will take place in the great hall of the Diocese Retreat Center at 775 College Street in Bathurst.

On Sunday, July 26th, our Bishop will preside the 10 o’clock Mass in the Caraquet church for the Feast of Saint Anne. A reminder that the novena is aired on the CKLE-CJVA 94,1 FM radio station as well as on the Diocese Facebook page from July 17th to the 26th.

The evening will all start with the recitation of the rosary at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by the Mass presided by Father Régent Landry and the Rogationist priests at 8 p.m.
