From the Bishop's Office

Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 4:00 pm at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bathurst,  will be held a Mass of Thanksgiving presided over by Msgr Daniel Jodoin. Our Diocese will welcome the priests of the Congregation "Sons of Mary, Mother of Mercy" for their Annual Retreat. They will come from all over Canada to the Diocesan Retreat Center. You are all welcome to the celebration and the reception that will be held after in the basement. Welcome to our missionary brothers!

If you want to become a member of the Young Servers Club, we invite you to get a brochure at the back of the church, complete it and return it to us.
The Villa Sormany in Robertville would like to invite the community to join them on Wednesday, October 9, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, for a coffee break with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer Society. There will be coffee for sale for 2$, as well as muffins and cookies. This is also a great opportunity to spend some quality time with a parent or friend.

MINI-SUMMIT for all: with Father François Kibwenge of Ottawa. Organized by the "Renouveau charismatique catholique". The Theme: "Do you want to experience the healing of Jesus today?"  Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire Church, St. Pierre Street, Bathurst. Saturday : Registration from 8 am (Registration Fee: $ 15.00 or according to one’s means); activities of the day from 9am until 8pm. Sunday : Testimonies and Sunday Mass; lunch at noon - bring your own lunch. Tea and coffee will be served. Hot dinner will be available at a cost of $ 12.00.
