Diocese Newsletter - March 2, 2021

From the Bishop's Office

On Sunday February 28, 2021 at the cathedral in Bathurst, Msgr Jodoin made the Decisive Call of Arnoul Nya, a young adult from the Christian community of the Sacred Heart Cathedral to begin immediate preparation for the sacraments of Christian initiation. At Easter, he will celebrate the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and of First Eucharist. He will thus become a disciple of Christ and a member of His Church. Let us be united in prayer with this young catechumen.

Diocese Retreat Center… you are a couple who wish to show a more concrete commitment to the Church… the Diocese Retreat Center can give your this opportunity. We are currently looking for a couple to occupy the role of stewards/intendants. The individuals selected must be able to speak French. Their tasks consist of greeting and tending to the services offered to the various groups who visit the center and of taking care of the daily maintenance and cleaning of the building.  This is a volunteer position; however, we offer lodging and meal plan. If this Church endeavor compels you, please contact Patricia at (506) 546-1420.
