A Diocesan Pastoral Council has newly been formed.

This council, as is the case with all other diocesan councils, will be tasked with guiding the Bishop in his mission as to adequately answer to the pastoral needs of our Diocese. We extend our warmest thanks to all those who joyfully accepted to take part and lend their talents to the service of the Diocese.
The Diocese is now on Facebook ! Two pages will be managed and updated by Marlon De Almeida of the « Palavra Viva » religious community. The "Mission Jeunesse" (Youth Mission) page will allow users to view prayers and photos and follow all upcoming events offered by the Diocese for our youth. The "Diocese Bathurst" page will allow users to view prayers and photos and follow att upcoming diocesan events.

Regular program at the Sainte-Anne shrine 
Mass schedule:

  • Tuesday to Friday at 10am
  • Saturday at 11am (followed by a shared meal for those who wish to partake)
  • Sunday at 4pm

Rosary and adoration :

  • Adoration and rosary from 7pm to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Thursday, the Adoration is form 3pm to 8pm

Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 2pm at the church in Shippagan, Léon Robichaud, I.V.Dei, will present his latest book titled: "Chérir la vie en soi", presenting various events surrounding his commitment to the Church over the pas 55 years. Emé and Donat Lacroix, accompanied by Mathieu Duguay at the organ, will be performing. All are welcome.
The Cursillo mouvement sends you a personal invitation : 3 days to color your life ! Take the time to... take stock of your life.. find a new ideal... take true friendship... rekindle your faith... meet God. This is what may happen to you, and that may extend trough your whole life, thanks to the support of a fraternal group. The weekend will be held October 4, 5 and 6, 2019.
