Special Meeting : The Christian community of Saint-Paul in Bas-Caraquet is invited to a special convocation for the presentation of the plans for the new church. The meeting will be on Thursday, April 11 at 7pm at the "Escale des jeunes" school in Bas-Caraquet. All are welcome !
Death  of Jennifer Pitre's mother (Jennifer is an employee of the Diocese).  Mrs Purcell passed away after a long fight against.  The funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 13 at 10am at the Robertville Church. There will be no visitation at the funeral parlour. Our sincere condolences to Jennifer and her family.
News of our priests
Father Edmond Richard was hospitalized for pneumonia last week. He is recuperating well.
Father Gérald Croteau was also hopsitalized, he is waiting for a transfer to Saint-John for a heart procedure.
We wish them a prompt recovery.
In our parishes…

On April 28 at 3pm the Christian community of St-Georges in the parish of Saint-François-d’Assise, will celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy by a Holy Hour celebrated at the St-George church located at  4321, Route11, Covedell, NB.  Time for individual confessions will be available a half hour before the ceremony. Come celebrate God's Mercy through prayer, adoration, praise, songs and the reciting of the Chaplet of Devine Mercy as well as the Blessing of the Most Holy Sacrament. 
Immediately following the Holy Hour, the parish hall next to the church will be open for a spagetti supper served with dessert, tea or coffee. Tickets will be sold at the door at a cost of $12 with all profit going to the Covedell church.
